1When and where?
September 14–17, 2026. Stradom House, Krakow, Poland.
The Executive Team session begins on Monday, September 14, in the afternoon. On Tuesday, the ET will be joined by the Core E2E group for a joint lunch and afternoon session. Leadership Reinvent officially opens with dinner on Tuesday evening and closes on Thursday, September 17, at around 16:30.
2How do I get there?
Please arrange your own travel (flight, train) via Perk/WecoTravel. Transfers from and to the airport/main station can be done via Uber or public transportation.
We recommend arriving in Krakow by noon on Monday, September 14 at the latest.
3When should I book my return flight?
The closing session on Thursday ends around 16:30. We recommend booking return flights for Thursday evening.
4Where do I stay?
Stradom House. Rooms are booked centrally for you.
Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 12:00
Breakfast is included and served at the main hotel restaurant. Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided.
Luggage storage is available.

6What should I wear?
Smart casual throughout the conference part works perfectly.
7What about the evenings?
All three evenings are part of the experience. Tuesday evening includes a city experience, so comfortable shoes are a must. Wednesday evening takes place at the hotel in a more elegant atmosphere.
8What's the weather like in Kraków in September?
Mid-September is usually mild, around 15–20°C during the day, cooler in the evenings. A light jacket and layers are a good idea. Rain is possible, but we're working hard against it ;)
9Do you need to know about dietary requirements or allergies?
We're making sure our menus cover various dietary needs. All dishes will be clearly labelled.
